Tempe, AZ — serving all of Maricopa County
From your call to a written quote.
When you call (480) 256-2343 or send a message through the form above, here's exactly what happens. Within one business day we respond with a few clarifying questions and a tentative window for a free site visit — usually the same week, anywhere in Maricopa County. The site visit takes 20 to 45 minutes depending on scope: we walk the area, take photos and measurements, talk through the spec with you, flag anything that's going to drive cost (access, demo, sub-grade, rebar requirements), and answer any questions on the spot.
Within one to three business days after the visit, you'll have an itemized written quote in your inbox — concrete PSI, slab thickness, rebar grade and spacing, sub-base prep, vapor barrier, finish, joint plan, cure protection, and haul-off all spelled out as separate line items. We don't do one-line lump-sum quotes. If you're comparing our price to a cheaper bid, you'll be able to see exactly where the difference is.
If you accept the quote, we schedule the work — typically starting one to three weeks out depending on permits, engineering, and concrete-delivery scheduling. We pull permits, schedule inspections with the city, and coordinate with your other trades. On pour day our crew arrives early, meets the truck, and stays through finish and cure protection. Most residential driveways and patios finish in two to four days; most commercial slabs of 2,000 to 10,000 sq ft finish in two to five days from prep to pour.
After the job, your slab gets seven days before light loads and 28 days for full design strength. We'll walk the finished work with you, hand over the warranty paperwork, and stay reachable if anything comes up later. That's how we keep a reputation across the valley — by answering the phone after the pour, not just before it.
A few details speed everything up.
- City and rough address (so we know which crew to dispatch)
- Project type — driveway, patio, slab, foundation, demo, ADA ramp
- Approximate square footage or dimensions
- Any existing concrete that needs demolition first
- Timing — ASAP, this month, this quarter, or planning ahead
- Whether engineered drawings exist (commercial / structural)
- Site access — alley, gate width, overhead clearance for trucks
- Photos of the area (huge help on first call)

Quick answers before you call.
Are quotes free?
Yes. Every quote is free, itemized, and in writing. There's no pressure and no obligation — if our number isn't a fit, we'll happily send you off with notes you can use elsewhere.
How fast do you respond?
Within one business day for any inquiry, usually within a few hours during business hours. Site visits are typically scheduled the same week.
Do you need plans to quote?
Stamped engineered drawings help on commercial and structural work. For residential driveways, patios, and small slabs we can quote off measurements and a site walk.
Can you start this week?
Site visits, yes. Pours typically start one to three weeks after a signed quote, depending on permits and concrete-delivery scheduling.
Is there a minimum job size?
Not really — we'll quote a single small slab the same as a 20,000 sq ft commercial pad. Mobilization fees may apply on very small jobs far from Tempe.
Do you offer financing?
We don't do in-house financing. Standard terms are deposit at signing, progress at slab-up, balance at completion. Talk to us about anything outside that.
